Digital documentation purchased through Industrial Netware is delivered electronically using a secure download link provided after successful payment. No physical product will be shipped for items specifically identified as digital products.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Because downloadable technical documents are made available electronically after purchase, digital product sales are generally final once the download has been accessed or delivered, except where required by applicable law.
