Shipping & Returns
Physical Product Shipping
Industrial Netware ships physical connectivity products, diagnostic tools, adapters, cables, and field service products to eligible U.S. destinations.
In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when applicable.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, product availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns
Most unused physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in new, resalable condition and include the original packaging and accessories.
Before returning an item, please contact support@industrialnetware.com with your order number and reason for return so we can provide return instructions.
Unless the return is due to an Industrial Netware shipping error or a product received defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Products that have been modified, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise not in resalable condition may not qualify for a refund.
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
Digital Products
Digital technical documentation is governed by our separate Digital Products — Delivery & Refund Terms and is not returned through the physical-product return process.
Compatibility
Many Industrial Netware products are intended for specific communication standards, connector types, equipment interfaces, or applications. Please review the product specifications and compatibility information carefully before ordering. If you are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for your application, contact us before purchasing.
